ProWash/Dry: Does Not Turn On

Steps to diagnose power-related startup issues.

Overview

If your ProWash/Dry does not power on, the issue is typically related to the power source, cable, or outlet. Follow the steps below to identify and resolve the problem before contacting Support.

Check Power Connection

  • Confirm the power cable is securely connected to the back of the ProWash/Dry.
  • Ensure the other end is firmly plugged into a working electrical outlet, surge protector, or uninterrupted power supply.
  • Verify the power switch on the back of the unit is in the ON position.

Inspect the Power Cable

Examine the power cable for visible damage.

  • Look for fraying, cuts, or bent prongs.
  • Check that the power socket on the unit is not loose or damaged.

If any damage is found, replace the power cable before attempting to power on the device again.

Try a Different Outlet

Plug the ProWash/Dry into a different outlet that you know is functioning properly.

This helps determine whether the issue is related to the original outlet rather than the unit itself.

If the unit still does not power on after completing these steps, contact SprintRay Support for further assistance.
