ProWash/Dry: Insufficient IPA for Washing

Resolve wash performance issues caused by low IPA levels in the reservoirs.

Overview

If ProWash/Dry is unable to complete a wash cycle properly or does not move IPA into the wash chamber as expected, the most common cause is insufficient IPA in one or both tanks. Each reservoir must maintain a minimum volume to support proper transfer and wash performance.

Check IPA Level

Make sure both IPA tanks are filled to at least the minimum line.

  • Each IPA tank requires a minimum working volume of 500 mL of IPA.
  • If IPA levels fall below this threshold, the system may not be able to pump IPA into or out of the wash chamber effectively, which can interrupt wash cycles or reduce cleaning performance.

After refilling, run a standard cleaning cycle to confirm proper operation.

Prime the System if Needed

If the unit has been sitting unused and IPA levels were previously low, air may have entered the pump lines.

  • Use the IPA transfer feature on the touchscreen and run a transfer cycle for approximately 15 minutes to help re-prime the system.
