ProCure 2: Denture Luting

A guided workflow for assembling and curing denture teeth and base using ProCure 2.

Overview

ProCure 2 supports a guided denture luting workflow that walks you through curing denture teeth and the denture base, then luting and curing them together as a single appliance. The on-screen instructions automatically adjust based on the materials you select, helping ensure proper bonding and final mechanical performance.

Select Appliance

  • From the ProCure 2 Home Screen, select the Appliances list.
  • Choose Conventional Denture from the available options.

Select Materials

  • Select the Denture Teeth material you are using.
  • Select the Denture Base material you are using.
  • ProCure 2 will automatically determine the correct curing sequence based on the selected material combination.

Luting Instructions

  • Follow the step-by-step instructions displayed on the touchscreen.
  • The denture curing process is typically a two-step workflow:
    • Step 1: Cure the selected denture resin components individually using the recommended cure time.
    • Step 2: Lute the denture teeth and base together, then cure them as a single denture.
  • Note: If the same resin brand is used for both the denture teeth and base, ProCure 2 may only require a single curing cycle during the luting process.

Once all on-screen steps are complete, your denture will be fully luted and cured, ready for finishing and polishing.
