In the Box
Before setup, confirm that all components are included:
- ProCure 2
- Model tray
- Power cable
- USB cable
- Onboarding card
If anything is missing or damaged, contact SprintRay Support before proceeding.
Where to Set Up
Place ProCure 2 on a flat, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Choose a location that is:
- Away from windows and direct sunlight
- Protected from extreme temperatures and bright UV light sources
- Clear of obstructions around the back and bottom ventilation areas
Caution:
Hot air exhausts through vents on the back and bottom of ProCure 2. Do not block these openings during operation.
Plug In ProCure 2
Use the provided power cable to connect ProCure 2 to a grounded surge protector or uninterrupted power supply.
- Use the rear power switch to turn the device on
- The power switch can also be used for a hard reset or full power disconnect if needed
Once powered on, follow the on-screen setup prompts.
Select Language and Connect to Network
During first-time setup, ProCure 2 will prompt you to:
- Select your preferred language
- Connect to a local Wi-Fi network
You can also access available networks at any time by tapping the Wi-Fi icon at the top of the touchscreen and entering your network password.
An active internet connection enables:
- Automatic software updates
- Cloud-connected material profiles
- Smart job handoff from other SprintRay devices
Install the Model Tray
- Pull the handle to open the drawer-style curing tray
- Place the model tray onto the two side tracks inside the chamber
- Gently close the drawer to confirm proper seating
The tray should sit evenly and slide smoothly when installed correctly.
Height Limit
All parts placed inside ProCure 2 must be 3 inches (75 mm) or shorter.
- Use the height indicator on the model tray to verify clearance
- Do not force the drawer closed if parts exceed the height limit
Closing the drawer on oversized parts may cause permanent damage to the device.
First Cure: Using ProCure 2
Before curing, ensure all printed parts are fully washed and dried.
- Open the drawer using the handle
- Place models on the model tray
- Select the curing zone from the touchscreen:
- Zone A for small or single jobs
- Zones A + B for larger batches
- Select the appropriate material or queued job
- Tap Start to begin curing
ProCure 2 will automatically manage light output and heat for the selected workflow.
Caution:
The exterior of ProCure 2 may become warm during operation. Do not cover vents or place items on top of the unit.
