Overview
ProCure 2 allows you to cure parts using different curing zones within the chamber. Depending on the number, size, and placement of your models, selecting the appropriate zone can significantly reduce cure time while maintaining proper mechanical and biocompatible performance.
Understanding Curing Zones
Starting a Cure Cycle
To begin a curing cycle, select either Appliances or Materials from the Home Screen. Choose the appropriate appliance type or resin profile, then proceed to zone selection before starting the cycle.
Zone A
Zone A is the default curing option and uses one side of the curing chamber.
- Small batches
- Single appliances
- Situations where faster cure times are preferred
Because only one side of the chamber is active, cure times are shorter compared to full chamber curing. To use Zone A, simply select Start.
Curing Zone A+B
Zone A+B activates the full curing tray, allowing you to cure larger batches or multiple appliances at once. Use Zone A+B when curing:
- Large batches
- Multiple models
- Large prints
o use this option, select Zone A+B, then press Start.
