Packaging Guide for Shipping

A step-by-step guide for preparing your ProWash S for safe return shipping.

Overview

Properly packaging the ProWash S is essential to prevent solvent leaks and internal damage during transit. Contact Customer Support before sending in a ProWash S. The support team will provide an official return shipping label.

Follow the steps below to prepare the unit for return or repair service.

1. Drain the Wash Chamber

Use the Force Drain function on the touchscreen to remove IPA from the wash chamber.
Manually dry the wash bucket using paper towels until completely dry.

2. Empty IPA Tanks

Use the drain hose (located on the back of the unit) to empty both IPA tanks.
After draining, wipe down and dry remaining IPA residue inside the tanks using paper towels.

3. Plug IPA Entry Holes

If you still have the original plugs that came with the unit, insert the plugs into the IPA entry ports to prevent residual IPA from leaking during transit.

5. Secure Hydrometers

Reuse the hydrometer rod foam inserts from the original packaging. Place the foam pieces over the hydrometers inside each IPA tank.

6. Place the Unit in the Shipping Box

If available, wrap the ProWash S in its original black nylon protective bag.

Position the unit inside the shipping box:

• Ensure the front of the ProWash S faces the front of the box.
• Close the front flaps, then secure all sides with heavy-duty packing tape.
• Confirm the bottom of the box is fully sealed before shipping.
