Overview

The ProWash S uses hinged lids on both the wash chamber and the IPA tanks. If a lid becomes damaged or loose, it can be replaced quickly without tools. This guide walks through safe removal and installation for both lid types.

Wash Chamber Lid Replacement

1. Drain the Wash Chamber

Make sure the chamber is completely empty before replacing the lid.

1. On the touchscreen, go to Settings.
2. Select Force Drain.
3. Allow the chamber to drain fully.

2. Remove the Old Lid

1. Open the wash chamber lid.
2. Firmly pull the lid upward and away from the hinge.
3. Some force is expected the lid is designed to snap off the hinge.

3. Install the New Lid

1. Position one side of the new lid onto the hinge.
2. Apply steady pressure to snap the opposite side into place.
3. Verify that the lid opens and closes smoothly.

IPA Tank Lid Replacement

1. Drain the Wash Chamber

Although the lid sits over the IPA reservoir, it is safest to begin with the wash chamber empty.

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Force Drain.
3. Ensure the chamber is fully drained.

2. Remove the Old Lid

1. Lift the IPA tank lid fully open.
2. Pull the lid away from the hinge until it snaps free.

3. Install the New Lid

1. Align one side of the lid with the hinge.
2. Press firmly until the opposite hinge snaps into place.
3. Confirm that the lid seats properly and moves freely.
