The SprintRay Pro S is a next-generation dental 3D printer designed for speed, accuracy, and predictable chairside workflows. It introduces upgraded optics, enhanced heating systems, smart sensors, and support for specialty kits such as the Arch Kit and Crown Kit. Resin Tank System

Pro S includes an advanced resin tank with integrated heating and RFID tracking.

Resin Tank Heating

• The resin tank cradle includes a built-in heater.
• Typical heating temperature: 35°C (up to 60°C depending on material).
• Heating improves resin flow, supports highly filled materials, and reduces peeling forces.

RFID Resin Tank Tracking

• Each resin tank contains a near-field tracking tag.
• The printer automatically logs tank life and usage.
• This helps users avoid printing with worn or expired tanks.

Build Platform Heating

The Pro S build platform includes an onboard heater.

• The platform heats automatically to 35°C when installed.
• Warm platform temperatures improve adhesion and early-layer stability.
• Specific materials may require additional heating depending on their formulation.

This dual heating system (platform + tank) was introduced with the S-series and is not available on prior Pro models.

Specialty Kits: Arch Kit and Crown Kit

Arch Kit

Designed for rapid small-batch production.

• Prints up to two arches at once
• Print times as low as 13 minutes
• Ideal for night guards, models, and restorative appliances
• Smaller resin tank reduces material usage

Crown Kit

Optimized for high-speed chairside restorations.

• Very small platform designed for ceramic-filled resins
• Prints up to six crowns in under 10 minutes

Both kits feature hard-anodized platforms that resist corrosion and wear from ceramic and filled resins.
