Understanding Core Components
Wash Chamber
The wash chamber performs all washing and drying operations. Solvent is automatically pumped in and out during the cleaning cycle.
Never pour solvent directly into this chamber.

Recommended for: • Models taller than 4 inches |
Recommended for: • High-viscosity resins |

Reservoir
The reservoir contains two chambers:
• Chamber 1 – Primary wash (saturates first and requires more frequent replacement)
• Chamber 2 – Fine wash (can be recycled into Chamber 1 when needed)
Fill each chamber through the reservoir opening.
Hydrometers
Hydrometers measure solvent saturation.
• Floating hydrometer → solvent is fully saturated and should be replaced
• Submerged hydrometer → solvent is acceptable for use
Quick Connect Ports
Each reservoir chamber includes a quick-connect drain port.
Use the provided drain hose to empty solvent when replacing IPA.
Adding Isopropyl Alcohol
Open the reservoir lid.
Add at least 500 mL of IPA to each chamber.
• IPA 91 percent is recommended.
• IPA 99 percent can be used, though sensors may take several cycles to calibrate.
Close the reservoir lid to prevent evaporation.
Running Your First Wash Cycle
Step 1: Prepare Prints
• Remove the build platform from the printer.
• Keep supports attached unless your workflow dictates early removal.
• Choose Platform Wash or Basket Wash based on model type.
Step 2: Start the Cycle
If connected via SprintRay Cloud:
• Print jobs appear automatically on ProWash S.
• Select the job and tap Start.
If starting manually:
- Choose a Standard Cleaning Cycle.
- Confirm Platform or Basket detection.
- Tap Start.
Step 3: Allow Cycle to Complete
The standard cycle lasts 9 minutes.
Step 4: Remove and Inspect Models
When the touchscreen displays Cycle Complete:
• Remove the basket or platform
• Inspect for residual resin
• Confirm models are fully dry
If moisture remains, run a Dry Only cycle.
Prints are now ready for curing.
