Understanding Case Status Labels

This article explains each case status label and how communication behaves throughout the design process.

Overview

Case status labels provide clear, real-time visibility into the progress of your Cloud Design treatments. These labels help you understand whether a case is being designed, requires your input, or is ready for approval. Case statuses appear on the treatment page under the Status tab and update automatically as your case moves through the design workflow.
