Overview

When a Pro S cannot detect the resin tank, printing cannot begin. Detection issues are almost always related to the RFID system that identifies the tank and its assigned resin. Use the steps below to inspect the tank and determine whether it needs replacement.

Check the RFID Tag

The Pro S reads the RFID tag located on the back of the resin tank to identify resin type, usage, and compatibility.

• Remove the tank and inspect the back panel
• Confirm the RFID tag is present and firmly attached
• Check for visible damage such as peeling, cracks, or missing pieces
• If the tag is damaged or missing, the printer will not detect the tank

If the RFID tag is compromised, replace the resin tank with a new one.

Note:
On the Arch Kit and Crown Kit, the RFID tag is located behind the back panel of the tank and may not be visible. This is normal.
