First Cure Cycle
- Ensure printed parts are fully washed and completely dry before curing.
- Open the curing chamber and place parts inside, leaving space between them for even exposure.
- Close the UV door completely.
Because of the powerful UV light emitted inside the chamber, the curing cycle will not begin until the UV door is fully closed. This is a built-in safety feature.
On the touchscreen:
- Scroll through the list of available material profiles.
- Select the resin you printed with.
- Press Start.
ProCure may require a few minutes to reach optimal curing temperature before the UV cycle begins.
Once the curing regimen is complete, the touchscreen will prompt you to remove your parts.
Your curing cycle is now complete, and parts are ready for the next step in accordance with the material’s Instructions for Use.
