Overview
The Arch Kit optimizes the SprintRay Pro S for fast, small-batch printing. By using a smaller anodized aluminum build platform and a reduced-volume resin tank, the Arch Kit shortens print times while preserving accuracy, quality, and workflow consistency.

Key Benefits of the Arch Kit
Faster Print Speeds
The Arch Kit reduces print times across several clinical indications.
Comparison of standard SprintRay print speeds versus Arch Kit:
| Appliance Type | Standard Print Time (Minutes) | Arch Kit Print Time (Minutes) |
|---|---|---|
| Night Guard (NightGuard Flex) | 40 | 22 |
| Dental Model (Die & Model 2) | 25 | 13 |
| Denture Base (High Impact Denture Base) | 85 | 55 |
| Denture Teeth (High Impact Teeth) | 25 | 15 |
| Surgical Guide (SurgicalGuide 3) | 35 | 22 |
| Hybrid Denture (OnX Tough 2) | 35 | 20 |
Resin Conservation
The smaller tank volume minimizes unused resin and reduces material waste, making it ideal for restorative, small-batch, and chairside workflows.
