Overview
ProCure uses modular LED bulbs mounted to heat sinks inside the curing chamber. If an LED bulb no longer performs properly, it can be replaced quickly without specialized tools. Follow the steps below to safely remove and install a new LED bulb.
Power Down the Unit
- Use the rear power switch to turn ProCure OFF.
- If the unit was recently used, leave the door open for several minutes to allow the chamber to cool.
The interior components may be hot immediately after a curing cycle.

Remove the Old LED Bulb
ProCure’s LEDs are installed in long, narrow arrays attached to heat sinks.
- Locate the LED array inside the ceiling of the curing chamber.
- Gently pull straight down on the bulb.
- The array will unplug from the ceiling connection.
Do not twist or apply excessive force.

Install the New LED Blub
- Align the new LED blub with the ceiling connector inside the chamber.
- Press upward gently until the bulb clicks securely into place.
Ensure the bulb is firmly seated before powering the unit back on.

After installation, close the door and power ProCure back on using the rear switch. The unit is now ready for operation.
