ProWash S: Not Able to Connect to SprintRay Server

How to diagnose and resolve server connection issues on ProWash S.

Overview

ProWash S requires a stable internet connection to receive software updates, sync with SprintRay Cloud, and participate in the automated print–wash–cure workflow. If your unit cannot connect to the SprintRay server, start with the built-in network diagnostic.


Run Network Test

ProWash S includes an onboard network test that checks Wi-Fi status and identifies connection failures.

  1. Open the device Status Menu on the touchscreen.
  2. Select Network Test.
  3. The system will automatically run a series of connectivity checks, including:
    • Local network availability
    • Internet access
    • Server communication
  4. Review the results and address any issues flagged by the test.
    Common issues include:
    • Weak Wi-Fi signal
    • Incorrect password
    • Network not granting internet access
    • Firewall restrictions blocking external connections
